This was all vital as a first-time homebuyer. The Savvy Team was so easy to talk with and starting my pre-approval process was easy-peasy. I was referred to Tracie and at first it was ok other than all the calls but her attitude changed once she couldn’t really get me approved which is not a big deal to me but she lost her patience and raised her voice at me at one point on the final call- very unprofessional and discombobulated. She even said to me that I only make X amount a month, ONLY?! Ok Grant Cardone! Needless to say, going with someone else.

Not only were her numbers better that the big places, but she was ALWAYS available and worked closely with our realtor. For a family with two working parents, it was awesome to be able to text her questions after kid bedtime, and she'd get right back. Throughout the closing process, she constantly came up with new options for us, and wound up saving us a ton of money. It was amazing to know that while we went to our jobs and took care of our family, Tracie and her team were taking care of everything else to get us closed and in our new home. At closing, the closing agent came in, sat down, and said something to the effect of "OK, first off, who is your lender? Because they got everything to us lighting fast and we haven't seen anyone closing with that low of an APR in a while..." And of course, Tracie was RIGHT THERE at the closing! This was our first home and we had 1,000,000 questions, all of which they answered in thoughtful, caring ways. They were also able to get us approved for a mortgage even though we are both freelance workers/self employed. From what I understand that is not a small task. We recently purchased my mother-in-law's home, and working with Tracie and Eileen made this whole process flow seamlessly. Having them to work with was a reassurance and a joy! We live in PA, and were only in FL for a short time, and they offered us some much needed guidance. They recommended a wonderful realtor for us. They also took care of all of the details, working with the mortgage company and title company, making sure no detail was ignored, while maintaining constant contact with us.
