Prior to Savvy, Shannon worked in retail management for more than 10 years. Her great background in customer service and a strong attention-to-detail serves her well in Savvy's customer-centric company. She handles in-bound calls and scheduling while working with new clients to identify their needs. She reviews new applications to ensure accuracy, as well as to ensure the Savvy team can recommend next steps to help clients accomplish their goals.

A Georgia native, Shannon now resides in Davenport, Florida with her wife Cory and five year-old son, Zander. In their spare time they enjoy visiting Disney for all of the festivals throughout the seasons, kayaking, and entertaining out-of-town friends and family.
